Returns
If something does happen to be wrong, you can return your item and receive store credit in the form of a discount code. To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. After 5 days of receiving your item, you are no longer eligible for a return/store credit.
To complete your return/store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
(Store credit is available on returns and never received items due to a shipping issue or inventory issue)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can only exchange it for the same item. We do require for the damaged item to be returned before the replacement is shipped out. Send us an email at divinetrendy@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
